Tea Warehouse Stock Controller

As Stock Controller in a tea warehouse, your responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Allocation
of teas as guided by clients’ instructions.
- Preparation
and Validation of daily stock movements (DSM) or weekly, monthly,
quarterly as directed by clients, management or auditors/Finance as guided
by the organizations.
- Preparation
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly stock Position as directed by Warehouse
Management or Clients.
- Conduct
in any physical stock taking as directed by the warehouse supervisor or
any other management within the Organization.
- Coordinator
of health and safety policies as guided by Organization health and safety
Team policy.
- Track
shipments and address any delays
- Keep
updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
Requirements
- Experience
of not Less Than 5 Years.
- Proven
work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role
- Diploma
in International Freight Management (Bandari College).
- Proficient
in ERP system and integrated stock management system.
- Good
understanding of supply chain procedures
- Excellent
organization skills
- Good
communication and negotiation abilities
