Role:
- This is a full-time on-site role as an
Administrative Assistant at Safisha-Sundries Bargain Ltd. As an
Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing
administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence,
maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments and meetings, and
assisting with clerical duties. Your role will be based in Nairobi County,
Kenya.
Qualifications:

Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong
communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a
fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and strong
organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive information
- Diploma or equivalent; additional
certification or training in office administration is a plus
