Role Summary:
Oversee
administrative duties and functions in the company.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative duties and
functions within the department and company. b) Food supplier’s
management.
- Kitchen and security staff management.
- Oversee general office duties such as
ordering supplies and maintaining supplies records.
- Incharge of insurance matters relating to
the company.
- Conduct research, compile data and
prepare reports for consideration by management.
- Any other duties assigned by the
management.
Education And Other Work History Qualifications:
- Degree/Masters in Business
Administration, Project Management or relevant to the position.
- More than 5 years’ experience in a senior
managerial administrative position with experience working with government
& private sector offices such as NTSA, KRA, KeNHA and others.
Preferably worked in a manufacturing/production setup.
Key Competencies And Skills:
- Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint and
good analytical skills.
- Good decision-making skills and
analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and
professionalism.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate a
team. Good managerial skills.
- Able to work within deadlines and
flexible work schedule (Monday to Saturdays).
