This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join CIFF and help shape and drive evidence, measurement and evaluation of its Survive and Thrive portfolio.
In this specialist position, you will manage an existing and emerging portfolio of evaluations in African regions (primarily but not limited to Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia).
You will work closely with
CIFF colleagues, implementing partners and external evaluators to ensure timely
and relevant monitoring and evaluation data is available to inform CIFF
supported programmes and strategies.
The successful candidate
You have a strong quantitative background with a master’s degree (minimum) in economics, epidemiology, social sciences or another related field.
Prior experience of Kenya,
Tanzania or Ethiopia is highly desirable, as is knowledge of evaluation of
nutrition programmes.

The team
The Adolescent Sexual Health (ASH) cluster sits within CIFF’s Survive and Thrive team.

We focus on empowering
adolescent girls and boys to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted
infections, and to strengthen linkages across our nutrition and child survival
goals, and cross-cutting advocacy work.
The opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Adolescent
Sexual Health (based in London), this position will be responsible for the
management of CIFF funded programmes as well as scoping new investments in
order to deliver CIFF’s priorities in adolescent sexual and reproductive health
and meet the corporate objectives of the CIFF Board.
