Our Client is looking for a suitable female candidate to fill the post of a front office admin.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the
CEO P. A and the EHS manager, the candidate will be incharge of the
reception and the switchboard
- To be
responsible for welcoming guests and handling any complaint
- Supervising
appointments with the directors
- monitor
customer accounts
- Coordinates the
reception team and organising its work and schedules.
Entry requirements
- Proficient in
Microsoft packages,
- Must be
hospitable, adaptable, and able to cope with the diversity of customers
and their needs
- Should be self
sufficient and able to take initiative
- Have self
control when handling complaints
- Good
relationship skills
- Should practice
Discretion.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years
experience in a busy reception.
- Fluency in both
Swahili and English.
