Senior Human Resource Officer

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Administration the incumbent will be responsible for staff development process including coordination of training programme and implementation of HR programs
Job Profile:

Plan, coordinate and monitor staff
capacity building/staff development for the Commission;

Facilitate and conduct training
programmes and seminars aimed at staff development and capacity building;

Undertake both the formative and
summative evaluation procedures to monitor the effectiveness of the programme;
