Summary
Reporting
to the Managing Director the suitable candidate will be responsible for leading
and developing a strong management team capable of exercising effective
management, financial and operational control of a business unit (Branch,
Specialist Trading Unit or Project).

development (sales, marketing, new business gains)
- Managing
the profit and loss of the company
- Service
delivery standards (staffing, product performance)
2. Secondary Purposes
- Support
the Managing Director (MD) in achieving Country goals and targets by
assisting with annual budget preparation and periodic tactical budget
reviews
- Support
the MD by providing regular updates on activities and issues arising
- Submit
monthly financial management reports, on the specified dates and any other
monthly activity reports that may be required by the MD/Board.
- Ensure
that the business represents the highest standards of professional
performance and integrity at all times.
- Facilitate
in developing and Implement the company’s strategic plan

Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum
of 4 years work experience in a managerial position in the service
industry (i.e. Telecommunication, Insurance, Logistics industry)
- Should
possess a recognized qualification (first degree or equivalent).
- A
professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage
- A
good understanding in the use and application of IT
