Assistant General Manger Job in South Sudan

Juba Based Hotel seeks to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as Assistant General Manger.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supervising and coordinating functions of all the departments in the Hotel i.e F&B, Housekeeping, front office, e.t.c
  • Handling of staff issues.
  • Reporting to the General manager on daily operational issues.
  • Handling Guest queries and issues and playing Key PR role.
Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
  • Must have not less than 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of the Industry.
  • Proven leadership and ability to work well within a multicultural diversity.
  • Excellent Computer Skills
