Graduate Trainee
Graduate Trainee is an entry point
for those who desire to make and develop a career in the professional world.
The program aim is to provide
hands-on experience by assigning the successful candidates to different roles
within in the organization.
This is an intensive training
programme that includes Personal Development, Leadership Development and
On-the-job Training.
The successful candidate MUST have the following requirements:

University degree
·
Have scored a KCSE grade B- or above
·
Graduated NOT earlier than December
2016.

Professional qualifications will be
an added advantage
·
Good communication skills: both
written and spoken
