Qualifications
·
At least CPA II
·
Excellent knowledge in QuickBooks
·
At least one year work experience
·
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
·
Excellency in MS Word, Excel, Access
and PowerPoint.
·
Excellent team working skills with
ability to coordinate others.
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Prepare, examine, and analyze
accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess
accuracy, completeness, and conformance to business standards.
·
Compute taxes and file tax returns,
ensuring compliance, reporting and other tax requirements.
·
Generate invoices , follow up on
debtors, receive payments posting into QuickBooks
·
Prepare pay slips
·
Report to management weekly regarding
the finances of the company.
·
In charge of sale point and stocks
issuance and confirmations
·
In charge of company filing system
·
Maintain customer records as a daily
responsibility reporting weekly.
·
Keep a record of company asset
inventory.
·
Advise management about issues such
as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget
forecasts.
·
Maintaining accounting record of the
company
·
Prepare, examine, and analyze
accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess
accuracy, completeness, and conformance to business standards.
