The Role
This position is responsible for
executing printing jobs at the Printing press, developing creative graphic
designs for print as needed, sourcing for printing work internally and
externally in order to generate income for the organisation.
Responsibilities

Produce quality designs for print as
need arises
·
Ensure high quality standards and
timeliness on job delivery
·
Keep abreast of current trends in
print and design technology advances.
·
Generate new business opportunities
and manage existing client portfolio
·
Advise on ways of improving capacity
and competitiveness of the printing press
Qualifications
·
A diploma in Graphic Design
·
Certificate in Graphic design with
experience may be considered.
·
Good print technical knowledge and
understanding of print production processes.
·
Experience in Sales and marketing is
an added advantage
·
Good planning skills

Keenness to details
·
Ability to work under pressure and
under minimal supervision
·
Excellent interpersonal,
communication and client presentation skills.

Sales and Marketing Representative

The Role
The Sales and Marketing
Representative shall be responsible for coordinating and running the BTL
bookshop, Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for Scripture
and other materials published by BTL.
Responsibilities

Set Sales Goals and plan Sales
promotions
·
Coordinate sale of Bibles and books
for BTL
·
Develop and implement sales and
marketing strategies.
·
Publicize and market the Bookshop
through social media, BTL website, person to person and any other forums
·
Create and maintain mutually
beneficial networks and distribution points.
·
Liaise with Schools, Churches and
Bookshops to promote sale and use of Christian materials
Qualifications
·
A minimum of a Diploma in Business
Administration majoring in marketing from a reputable institution of learning
·
At least two years’ experience in a
similar role
·
Excellent Computer skills
·
Good communication skills both
written and verbal
·
Good networking skills
·
Flexible-Can work odd hours,
weekends, holidays etc.
·
Reliable-Dependable, faithful and
works under minimal supervision.
·
Creative –free to think, be
innovative and implement ideas that will generate sales and increase revenues.
Water Processing Assistant
BTL, a Christian faith-based

demonstrated spiritual maturity, integrity and a calling to serve to fill the
position above.
The Role
This position is responsible for
operating the water processing and bottling plant as well as marketing and
distribution of the final product
Responsibilities
·
Perform water quality sampling, testing
and analysis to ensure compliance with the required standards.
·
Ensure highest standards of
cleanliness and safety are observed at the plant
·
Observe all necessary quality
controls
·
Run the processing and bottling plant
on a day to day basis
·
Monitor the equipment to ensure
timely maintenance procedures are observed
·
Monitor stock levels, do periodic
stock takes and reports
·
Ensure customer orders are met in a
timely way
·
Publicize and market the bottled
water
Qualifications
·
A minimum of Diploma or equivalent
certificate from a recognized institution in any discipline relating to Water
treatment and processing
·
Knowledge of water treatment
processes, water quality standards and equipment maintenance.
·
Experience in water processing and
sales & marketing
·
Ability to work under minimum
supervision
·
Be in good health and observance of
high hygiene standards
·
Good planning and organisation skills
·
Good networking skills
·
Good communication skills both
written and verbal
·
Driving skills will be an added
advantage
