Imaging Services Manager 
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to
 the Chief of Clinical Services, this position is responsible for provision of high quality imaging services within the Hospital group in line with policies, processes and procedures.


Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Radiography and a Higher National Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences. 

Degree in a business related field will be an added advantage. The position requires active knowledge and experience in all areas in Medical Imaging Sciences including ultra sound, CT scan, MRI. 

The successful candidate must have over 3-5 years working experience in a similar position in a busy hospital environment.
 
Medical Officers - ICU 
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position will be responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative medical care in the critical care unit.
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb), valid certification in BLS, ATLS, ACLS and registration and annual licences from KMPDB. 

In addition they must have a minimum 1 year experience working in a busy hospital environment and have active knowledge on management of critically ill patients.

Nursing Officer 
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to
 the Hospital Manager and based at our Nakuru Branch, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the nursing team within the hospital. 

In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring consistency and continuity of high nursing quality care, upholding of the highest professional standards and excellent customer service.

Applicants must be in possession
 of Diploma in KRCHN or equivalent, valid certification in BLS, ACLS or ATLS and prior experience managing a large team of nurses in a hospital setting. 

A degree in any health care area or a higher national diploma in a specialized area will be an added advantage. 

The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position leading a team of nursing staff.

HR Officer - Payroll and Services 
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to the HR Manager- ER and Services this position will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of the payroll and efficient delivery of HR services to our staff.

Applicants must be in possession
 of a Degree in HR or any other Business related field and a Higher National Diploma in HR. 

In addition they must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar position.

Safety, Health and Environmental Officer  
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to
 the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for ensuring compliance to Safety Health and Environment policies processes and procedures within agreed standards and legislation and ensuring efficient and cost effective maintenance and energy utilization.

Applicants must be in possession
 of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with training in SHE. Certification as a NEMA auditor will be an added advantage. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 year’s cumulative experience in a busy environment.
