Position: Inventory Coordinator
Reporting
to: Stock

Location: Nairobi
Position Overview: Responsible for managing all inventory related activities while providing administrative support for the Marketing & Sales Planning function.
Key ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview: Responsible for managing all inventory related activities while providing administrative support for the Marketing & Sales Planning function.
- Execute
inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stockholding
and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy
- Implement
improvement processes (Kaizen) and systems to reduce inventory, minimize
costs and maximize working capital
- Creation of
vehicles into TALO as per the confirmed orders
- Allocation
of all vehicle orders received from the respective sales sections
- Adhere to Order
Allocation lead times and stated policies and procedures (SOP) in support
of the supply chain
- Ensure
integrity and accuracy of the stock management system – TALO & SAP
- Respond
to queries from the sales teams and advice on stock availability
- Customer
handling and communication – Internal customers
- Daily sales and
order intake reporting
- Weekly sales
targets consolidation and tracking
- Weekly and
Monthly ageing reports
- Monthly stock
reconciliation
- AVA
Built Liaison
- Produce daily reports
to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any
discrepancies addressed and resolved
- Receiving
and acknowledging sales orders, change requests and cancellations
- Issuing duty
payment instructions to logistics team
- Issuance of
consignment Stock to branches
- Manage
and organize for display units across the branches
- Monthly stock
take coordination
Education & Experience:
- Degree
in Purchasing and supplies or any business related field
- 3-5
years working experience in a busy environment

initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure.
- Possess the
willingness to learn improve and adapt.
- Excellent
communication skills, both oral and written,

- Advanced
IT knowledge [working knowledge of SAP an added advantage]
