Personal Assistant
Job Overview: The incumbent will be directly working with the CEO
of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop Client list contact list and enter it
in the CRM
- Aggregate jobs in Kenya and upload them into
website
- Contact clients and make an a sales
appointment on my behalf
- Follow up with potential client to close the
deal after sales presentation
- Respond to clients quires
- Assist with organizing Virtual Job fair
- Provide necessary information to participants
(employers and job seekers)
- Assist in office matter such as booking,
purchasing, and event coordination
Qualifications
The person should have the following
qualification
- A degree holder with at least 4 years relevant
experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Can handle multiple task
- Willing to work nights and weekends if needed
- Excellent organizational skills ( planning and
organizing)
- Aware of business and professional networks in
Kenya- Resourceful person.
- Has experience in organizing event and participants solicitation
