A prominent Law Firm based in Nairobi
is looking to fill the position of an Assistant
Project Manager.
The successful candidate will ensure
delivery of projects to enhance the standard of operation for member
firms.
Key Responsibilities;
- Work with the senior management team to
implement an aligned and detailed vision and delivery plan.
- Translating the information contained in
reviews into solutions and projects to be delivered to members.
- Have strong data analytical skills and
experience of working with different types of data and presenting it.
- Assist in researching and developing
supporting tools & data for recommended solutions.
- Develop and sell convincing tools, reporting
and data, that will inspire old ways being changed for easier and more
efficient ways of working.
- Exhibit and drive a strong and creative
performance culture, where the most rewarding opportunities are pursued
relentlessly.
- Driving sustainable and continuous
optimisation of the Company’s Operational model by embedding Practice
Management for the benefit of their members.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports
for assigned areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Must have 7 years relevant business
experience.
- Degree in B.com, IT, Law, Engineering or BSC
statistics’ or similar relevant background.
- A Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Project management and/or process management
qualifications MANDATORY.
- Must be Proficient in Excel, Power Point and
Project Management tools.
- Must have an appreciation of challenges &
opportunities in developing world countries.
- Proficient in English, French will be an
advantage.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.
200,000 - 300,000/= (Approx. 2,000 - 3,000 USD) depending on experience
