Accurate Technical knowledge of all Motorcycle components to ensure that the best service possible is delivered to the customer to guarantee their repeat business.

- Client liaison and service
- Accuracy in admin
- Knowledge of markets and industry
- Accuracy of quotations
- Maximize sales function
- Sound product knowledge
- Meeting Sales targets & Deadlines
Experience:
- 2-5 years experience in the Motorcycle Parts industry
Functional Output/Activities:
1. Client liaison and service
Ensure 100% accuracy of the following functions :-

Ensure 100% accuracy of the following functions :-
- Quotations
- Orders
- Advice to customers
- Follow up on orders and service with customers
- Build relationships with customers
- Source new clients
- Take full responsibility for profitability and service of sales department
- Resolve client queries
2. Technical Knowledge
- Ensure complete knowledge of all parts and components, especially knowledge of new models.
- Read through the technical specifications and all manuals available on parts.
3. Administration
- Ensure 100% accuracy in invoicing and quotations
- Follow up on the back orders and follow policies and procedures involving invoicing of cash and credit sales.
- Payment follow up with customer
- Ensure 100% accuracy in the description of parts prior to making sales
4. General
- Ensure that designated work area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Perform other duties reasonably required from time to time.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player.
- Should posses a Motorcycle Driving License.
Qualification
- Min Mean Grade 'B' for KCSE or Diploma in Sales.
Package
- Basic Salary 15,000/- net
- Plus Sales Commission
- Transportation provided
