Human Resources Manager Job in Kenya

Position Summary 

The 
Human Resources Manager will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, Recruitment and Training.

Key Performance Areas
  • Responsible for and manages recruitment and staff optimization.
  • Responsible for and manages employee orientation, development, and training.
  • Ensures performance management is undertaken for all staff.
  • Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain staff.

  • Oversees legislative and statutory compliance relating to employment matters.
  • Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company.
  • Ensures employment relations matters are handled appropriately.
  • Manages employee communication and feedback.
  • Formulates and administers compensation and benefits.
  • Oversees employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  • Coordinates Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
  • Handles employee counseling and dispute resolution.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
  • Minimum 8years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. (International exposure)
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and labour relations.
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred
