- Building an elaborate multilevel distribution network for various brands
- Recruiting and training of multilevel marketers.
- Selling the brands through multilevel networks and achieving the set targets.
- Developing a remuneration structures for the multilevel marketers.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing.
- Over Five years experience in marketing management.
- Vast knowledge of direct marketing strategies
- Experience in recruitment and training of multilevel marketers
- Energetic, creative and innovative.
