We urgently seek to fill the following position:
System Administrator
Reporting To: Head of Finance
Location: Nairobi
The System Administrator will be responsible to provide Technical support and IT solutions and solving IT related problems as well as coordinate activities relating to system support and/ or which fall under the responsibility of the IT Department.
The System Administrator will also be responsible in supporting and managing the daily operations in Nairobi and other branch offices, or support personnel, to efficiently and effectively carry out IT activities and support the Company.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
·         Perform daily operations of managing server systems
·         Execute all communications related projects assigned by the Supervisor
·         Troubleshoot user, hardware/ Software as well as systems problems
·         Support both operating systems and application software
·         Identify trends and source of problems and recommends corrective action
·         Manage hardware serial numbers, locations, users and equipment status
·         Monitor systems backup procedures and executes recovery operations when necessary
·         Assist with training in computer related field
·         Liaise with ISP for prompt connectivity
·         Monitor the WAN and attached peripherals through monitoring software to ensure SLA are met.
·         Managing all ICT systems and ensure that ICT policies are consistently applied and plans for the Organisation (Business recovery plans), BRP and pandemics
Key Skills and Minimum Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science / Engineering or Business Information Technology
·         Professional certification such as Certified Computer Network (CCNP), CCNA, MCSE, Navision ERP or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
·         At least 3 years of Experience in a similar position in a reputable Organisation.
·         Good communication skills
·         Effective Interpersonal Skills
·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with multiple levels of staff.
·         Member of an ICT Professional body

Marketing Officer
Reporting: Head of Sales and Marketing
Location: Nairobi
The Marketing Officer will be responsible in delivering a broad range of Company products and Services to Clients in order to increase the Company’s profit and growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
·         Contribute in the implementation of the company marketing strategies
·         Support the Head of sales and marketing in overseeing the department’s operations
·         Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
·         Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
·         Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
·         See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
·         Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
·         Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
·         Collaborate with the HOS&M in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Key Skills and Minimum Qualifications
·         Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
·         Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
·         Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

·         Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
·         Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
·         Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
·         Creativity and commercial awareness
·         A team player with a customer-oriented approach
·         BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field

Sales Agents
Reporting To Sales Manager
Location – Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Thika, Kisumu, Eldoret, Watamu
The Sales Agents will be responsible in delivering a broad range of Company products and Services to Clients in order to increase the Company’s profit and growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement customized, targeted sales strategies to drive sales
• Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
• Close sales in designated regions
Key Skills and Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Sales or equivalent
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
• Customer focused to gain sales
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Demonstrated and proven sales results

Sales Executives
Reporting To Sales Manager
Location: Nairobi
The Sales Executive Officers will be responsible in delivering a broad range of Company products and Services to Clients in order to increase the Company’s profit and growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
·         Planning Sales activities and Customer / Prospect contract
·         Preparing reports, Proposals, and Quotations
·         Conducting surveys
·         Ensuring Sales targets are met month on month
·         Conducting presentations to the Clients
·         Identity Business opportunities, Carry out market research/intelligence and analyze sales options in the Industry
·         Follow up on potential Clients and closure of sales
·         Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, events, and sales activations
·         Maintain relationships with Clients for business opportunities and retain new Clients.
·         Submitting weekly and monthly sales reports on the set KPI’s
Key Skills and Minimum Qualifications
·         Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a business related field
·         At least 3 years’ experience in Sales and marketing in a busy security Company
·         Excellent Skills in Communication, Presentation, business reporting and competitive proposal writing and negotiations.

Technical Sales Engineers
Reporting: Technical Sales Manager
Location: Nairobi
Technical Sales Engineers main duty and responsibilities will be to promote the company electronic security products by offering clients professional technical advise that lead to successful sales.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
·         Identifying and establishing new business
·         Carrying out technical system site surveys
·         Organizing sales visits
·         Liaising with existing clients
·         Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
·         Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
·         Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
·         Reviewing cost and sales performance
·         Perform technical presentations
·         Providing product education and advice
·         Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
·         Ensuring that set personal sales targets are met, month on month
·         Submitting weekly and monthly sales reports on the set KPI’s
Key Skills and Minimum Qualifications
·         A degree or higher national diploma (HND) in Electronics.
·         At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales in a busy security Company

·         A full driving licence is also normally necessary
