The candidate’s duties will be
·
Responsible for taking dictation for
writing letters.
·
Plan all meetings accordingly and
inform the various departments.
·
Reporting any mainatainance to be
done and keep records.
·
Sending memos to departments.
·
Maintain notice boards.
·
Keeping a diary of managers whereabouts
when need be.
·
Help in receieving and recording of
goods coming in and going out.
·
Answer all phone calls coming in and
corresponding professionally
·
Informing the Director’s of upcoming
events.
·
Responsible for filing documents.
·
Duties may change at the discretion
of management.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate should
possess:
·
Good interpersonal skills.
·
Communication skills.
·
Should have atleast a Diploma in any
relevant field.
·
Should have an above average typing
speed.
·
Conversent in the use of office
softwares.
·
Good in taking minutes
