We are looking for an experienced PASTRY CHEF to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries. Your skill in baking high quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations. They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible serving.
The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction so that we can maintain and expand our clientele.


·         Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
·         Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
·         Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
·         Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
·         Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
·         Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
·         Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
·         Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards


·         Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
·         Great attention to detail and creativity, organizing and leadership skills
·         In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
·         Great time management skills
·         Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
·         Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field

Cook Job (Preferably From Lebanese Kitchen)
Salary: 20,000KSH


·         Preparing food for clients
·         Assisting devise new methods of cooking and new menu items
·         Streamlines work from back of house to front of house.
·         Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
·         Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
·         Prepares food before the arrival of guests
·         Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
·         Manages other employees in the kitchen
·         Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
·         Seasons food according to recipes or company needs
·         Orders ingredients and spices as needed
·         Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
·         Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
·         Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
·         Devises new recipes
·         Estimates expected food consumption and organizes preparation
·         Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
·         Orders new menu items for specials or cheap deals
·         Meets with customers to ensure a great meal experience
·         Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
·         Stays open until the last customer leaves
·         Offers a creative menu to compete with other local restaurants
·         Cleans up after business hours
·         Alters dishes based on consumer suggestions or requirements
