Audit Management Trainee
Job
Purpose / Summary: The
job holder will be responsible for financial and accounts, budgeting, reporting
and preparation of Financial management Accounts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct
internal and external audits by providing information required and
ensuring complete and timely implementation of audit recommendation
- Prepare
cash sales reconciliation and bank
- Prepare
weekly sales and stock reports
- Receive
and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
- Oversee
the management and preparation of financial account statements and
management accounts.
- Assist
in preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Ensure
filing of all payments made and record all financial transactions for easy
retrieval and reference
- Prepare
payroll and process statutory deductions of NSSF, NHIF and PAYE and remit
as per set timelines
- Prepare
and review detailed budgets for approval.
- Apply
Financial accounting system compliance with generally accepted accounting
principles for auditing purposes.
- Act
as the custodian of Financial accounting records, ledgers, revenues and
operating expenses
- To
manage and oversee the internal audit process and be in-charge of
reviewing accounting and administrative controls
- Oversee
clearance of debts and arrears within agreed timelines
- Ensure
all taxation and legislative requirements are complied with at all times.
Required
Qualifications
- Undergraduate
degree or Diploma in Finance and Accounting
- Professional
qualification: CPA or ACCA
- Experience
on preparation of management Accounts preferably consolidation of group
Accounts
- Strong
analytical and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Good
interpersonal and proactive approach
- Strictly
