Desk Advisor
You will be required to handle telephonic enquirers, identify client needs and ultimately provide outstanding customer service in a timorous and accurate manner.
Follow up on pending payments from clients and share feedback with accounts
team.You will be required to handle telephonic enquirers, identify client needs and ultimately provide outstanding customer service in a timorous and accurate manner.
Make reconciliations of outstanding debts
Prerequisite / Duties
- Excellent
telephone manner
- Assist
with debt collection on accounts
- Excellent
communication skills
- Take
payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and
phone numbers.
You
need the following:
- Diploma
in Business management/related
- Excellent
skills in communication
- Matric
- Customer
Service call centre experience
- Computer
literate with good typing skills
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
