Duties and Responsibilities;- Manage front office.
- Offer delighting customer service to clients
and staffs.
- Manage and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Handle customer queries verbal, telephone and
by email.
- Receive and acknowledge receipt of incoming
letters or documents.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintaining records through filing and
retrieval.
- Assist in promotional strategies and product
development.
- Preparing invitations and registration forms
for events.
Duty station: Nairobi.
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
