nationwide Savings and Credit society based in Nairobi with an objective of
promoting the interest and welfare of members in accordance with the
Co-operative principles and values, invites applications from qualified and
competent professionals with excellent credentials for the position of Administrative Assistant.
- Manage calendar for the Chief Executive
Officer (CEO).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
and travel arrangements for the Board and the CEO.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems.
- Prepare and modify documents including
correspondence, reports, minute taking, drafts, memos and emails.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing
system.
- Courteously answer calls from customers
regarding their inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies for the Society.
- Run Society’s errands as may be required.
- Carry out any other relevant duties as may be
directed by the CEO

verbal with good command of English and Kiswahili.

Qualifications
The Administrative Assistant will
have the following basic qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management,
Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communication or any other
related field.
- Two years of hands on administrative support
experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of operating standard office
equipment.
