is seeking to fill several positions as below;
1. Housekeeping

- Cleans and dusts the rooms, furniture etc.
- Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
- Vacuums and racks the carpet.
- Checks and secures the rooms.
- Replenish amenities according to the
operational standards.
- Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests
e.g. iron and ironing boards
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of
guests
- Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam
clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required
- Responsible for replenishment of guest
complimentary beverages.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and
maintenance of his work area.
- Responsible for the Hotel property in the work
area.
- Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest
complaints in the area assigned to him.
- Responsible for following the standard
operating procedures.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the
guest satisfaction score.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Must hold a Certificate or Diploma
in Hospitality , Physical mobility and stamina required, Ability to follow
instruction, Detail-oriented, Professional attitude is required, Ability
to work independently.
- Previous hotel-related experience of at least
1 year desired
- Should have a valid passport
2. Pool Attendants
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Observes and patrols pool and enforces safety
regulations.
- Assists swimmers from water when in danger.
- Performs resuscitation and first aid when
appropriate.
- Cleans general pool areas and refills supplies
to ensure a "Spotless" esthetically pleasing environment and
adequate supplies for our guests.
- Assists guests as needed, including bringing
supplies (towels, etc.).
- Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic
demeanor at all times.
- Some positions provide counter work as
assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or
requested.
- Must be knowledgeable of daily
"stand-ups" and actively participate in daily goals.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of safety hazards and necessary
safety precautions sufficient to be able to establish a safe work
environment for self and others.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of
resuscitation, first aide, and CPR/PR techniques.
- Knowledge of safety hazards and necessary

- Knowledge of swimming pool equipment
sufficient to be able to perform minor maintenance work on the equipment.
- Skill in understanding and applying oral,

appropriately to the needs, feelings and capabilities of others; adjusts
approaches to suit different people and situations; may deal with people

guests.
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.
3. Laundry / Linen Attendants

Duties & Responsibilities
- Refers guest problems or complaints to
supervisor.
- Sorts all soiled linen, weighs and loads into
appropriate carts or machines.
- Pre-treats laundry for stains.
- Loads and unloads washers and dryers, operates
machines and records poundage amounts, and amounts washed and dried.
- Folds towels either by hand or towel folder,
irons table linens, irons and folds sheets, hand folds pillow cases,
blankets, bed pads, draw sheets, herbal wraps etc.
- Sorts and separates damaged or stained linen,
i.e., to be repaired or used as rags.
- Observes safety rules and maintains a safe
environment.
- Cleans lint traps from dryers daily; checks
and cleans drains as necessary.
- Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes
related results as required.
- Performs other related duties as required or
directed.
Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge of or trainable on occupational
hazards and applicable safety practices.
- Knowledge of trainable on laundry cleaning
equipment and laundry chemicals
- Ability to communicate effectively in the
English language both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional
relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds
and with co-workers and customers at all levels.
- Ability to safely use cleaning products and
safely operate cleaning equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and
written instruction.
- Ability to learn the methods of cleaning and
caring for buildings and equipment.
- Ability to work as a team member in a
structured working environment.
- Ability to work with timeliness and
thoroughness.
- Ability to work and finish multiple tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in
everything, and continually seek improvement in results.
- Skill in the use of cleaning tools, chemicals,
cleaners, and disinfectants.
Physical Demands: While
performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is required to stand;

and/or move up to 50 pounds.
4. Stewards
Duties & Responsibilities
- Offering superior guest service
- Ensuring company and department standards are
followed
- Ensuring all equipment is working
- Ensuring any malfunctioning equipment is
promptly repaired or replaced
- Maintaining a clean environment
- Supervising and reviewing banquet facility
setup
- Assist guests who are checking in or out of
the hotel
- Oversee preparations for events and perform
other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Certificate in hospitality
- Valid passport
