At CARE
International, we seek a world of hope, tolerance and social justice, where
poverty has been overcome and people live in dignity and security.
CARE
International aims to be a global force and a partner of choice within a
worldwide movement dedicated to ending poverty.
Women and
girls are at the heart of CARE’s community-based efforts to work with others to
expand access to quality education and health services, expand economic
opportunities to the poorest and fight injustice and violations of human
rights, including ending gender-based violence.

being operating in South Sudan since 1993 initially providing humanitarian
relief to internally displaced people.

emergency response, in each of the three states (Unity, Jonglei and Upper Nile)
