Personal Assistant Job in Nairobi Kenya

A well known Company in tourism & hospitality industry & has branches countrywide is recruiting for Personal Assistant to CEO.

Ref: CD016/J26/14

As a competent Personal Assistant you have to make it easy by organizing effectively where he needs to be & what he is doing.

To that matter you have to be trustworthy.

The successful lady MUST meet the following:

  • Business diploma or a degree is essential.
  • 3 years experience in the same capacity (experience in accounting, legal & tourism.)
  • Mature & very organized.
  • Polished communications skills – both verbal and written.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Great planning skills.
  • Accurate reporting skills.

Some duties & Responsibilities:
  • Organizing diaries.
  • Typing correspondence.
  • Arranging meetings.
  • Managing confidential information.
  • Making phone calls, screening phone calls & directing appropriately.
  • Receiving guests & directing them accordingly.
  • Supervising junior staff.
  • Organizing travel arrangements.
  • Writing reports.
  • Conducting other administration duties from time to time.

Duty station: Nairobi.

Anticipated start date: Immediately.
