& Travel Coordinator

Limited was incorporated in 1973 and supplies bearings, seals, power
transmission, mechatronics, centralized lubrication systems and machinery
reliability improvement services such as technical support, maintenance
services, vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, infrared thermography, laser
alignment and technical training.
Receptionist & Travel
Coordinator
This
position is responsible for receiving and directing calls and visitors and
reports to the Finance & Admin Manager.
Qualification/Experience/Skills
- Diploma/degree in relevant field. Minimum five years’ experience in a busy office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications specifically MS word and Excel.
- Proficiency in handling office equipment including complex switchboards photocopiers, fax and printers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
- Liaise with travel agents and assist in making travel and hotel reservations for staff.
- Manage the stationery inventory
