Finance Manager - Job Ref: HR/001

The functions of this position are to provide strategic leadership and ensuring accountability, efficiency, and accuracy of the financial management systems.

Key responsibilities and duties:
  • Guide strategic planning and orientation of the department
  • Be in charge of the preparation and maintenance of all Corporations and accounting Records.
  • Continually review and oversee the implementation of the Finance manuals and policy documents to ensure compliance with the Corporation strategy and the present challenges
  • Ensure that the financial management systems are as per policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • MBA Degree in Strategic Management
  • A Bachelors degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA – K) / ACCA.
  • Age – below 40 years
  • At least five years experience in Finance Management, two of which must be at Senior Management level
  • Experience in set ups with multiple sizeable cost centers and stringent cost control procedures.
Corporate Affairs and Legal Services Manager – Job Ref: HR / 002

This position serves to ensure effective and efficient management of board work, contract administration, company’s insurance, property shareholder affairs and compliance with legal and regulatory legislation including provision of legal advice to members of management.

Key responsibilities and duties:
  • Develop and review Corporate business plan, objectives, strategies, polices, Corporate budget and Performance monitoring
  • Provide secretarial services to the Board of Directors, Board Committees and other management Committees, prepare and administer Board Budget
  • Provide advice to the management of the company on all legal, regulatory, insurance and contractual matters affecting the operations, operational interest or assets of the Corporation , including industrial matters
  • Safeguard the Corporation’s interests and ensure that they are adequately defended before the Courts, relevant environmental regulatory bodies, tribunals, through internal and external legal resources.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Laws ( LLB )
  • Diploma- School of Law
  • CPS (K)
  • Advocate of High Court Kenya
  • Member Law Society of Kenya
  • Computer Proficiency
  • 5 years experience in Commercial law in a Senior position in a Corporate institution or busy legal practice
  • Age – below 35 years
Procurement Officer – Job Ref: HR/003

The purpose of the position is to manage, coordinate and ensure effectiveness of Procurement in line with the existing internal and external policies and that the policies are adaptable to the changing business environment.

Key responsibilities and duties:
  • Develop and implement an integrated and supportable Procurement plan, strategies and procedures.
  • Plan and manage all activities involved in sourcing suppliers, procurement, quality assurance, financial, logistics and warehouse management activities.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with channel partners, such as suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and internal customers.
  • Ensure that the Supply Solutions product and team are managed and developed effectively through continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing and Supplies Management
  • At least five years experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Age – below 35 years
