Our client is specializes in brand strategy, brand innovation, brand identity and brand alignment. 

The candidate will be responsible for leading our client engagements, forming and growing trust-based client relationships, creating high impact content, managing client profitability and enhancing our distinctive knowledge. 

This position will also function as a process coordinator on a variety of client projects and will pay a key role in developing business with new and existing clients. 

Primary Responsibilities 
  • Engage in value-added dialog on engagement topics
  • Development of clients’ brand strategies
  • Develop, realign and implement processes that are needed for the effective running of the projects.
  • Begin to develop trust-based relationships with day-to-day client contacts
  • Engage in broad based branding dialog and become one of the senior client’s Advisors and in so doing learn to identify further opportunities for ATOM-tdf to provide meaningful client value
  • Work with Directors to inspire team to deliver highest quality work product in a timely and personally satisfying manner
  • Dependent on the size of the client engagement, ensure that work is produced efficiently and effectively
  • Coach more junior team members to insure meaningful experiences, personal growth, improvement in ATOM-tdf intellectual capital and constructive feedback
  • Produce and integrate highest quality end-product
Skills and Requirements 
  • B.A. Degree; MBA desirable
  • 3 years experience in brand strategy/architecture, marketing and business strategy.
  • Strong Organization and Presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
Skills and Attributes: 
  • Ability to handle large, complex projects
  • Strong understanding of branding, business processes and strategic planning
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to grow and expand client relationships
  • Start to act as a leader and team player and have the ability to work with people in all levels of the at the client and at the company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong client leadership skills – can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment
  • Passionate about having measurable impact on clients business
