Sacco Supervisory Trainees Jobs in Kenya

Our client is a fast growing SACCO institution operating in Nyanza and Western regions of Kenya. The Sacco has plans to expand its services to other regions in Kenya. Currently the SACCO has 13 branches spread across the area of operations.

To support the anticipated growth, the Sacco wishes to recruit suitably qualified 
Supervisory Trainees to play key roles in the various functional areas within the Society.

The Supervisory trainees will join the Management Trainee Program (MTP), a practical 6 months to 1 year rotational exposure in key business lines after which they will be absorbed in middle level management as positions arise.

Key functional areas
  1. Information Communication and Technology (Ref. WPS/001)
  2. Accounting/Auditing (Ref. WPS/002)
  3. Microfinance Department (Ref. WPS/003)
  4. Human Resources and administration (Ref. WPS/004)
  5. Marketing (Ref. WPS/005)
Desirable qualifications

To be considered for any of these positions the following qualifications shall be required;
  • Must be a holder of a minimum diploma in any of the key functional areas
  • Mid-level professional qualification such as CPA Part 2 or its equivalent
  • Between 1 and 2 years experience in similar roles
  • Should have graduated within the last 3 years

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about business development and commercial competence.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of MS-Office packages
