Job Title: Internal Project Manager

Company Profile:

A well established company dealing with distribution of hardware materials

Reports to: Head of Department

Main Purpose of the job

Project Manager will assist in supervising, inspecting and monitoring various activities in the project. He will be directly involved in the Inspection of works carried out and monitoring of progress.

Main Responsibilities

·         Study interior design and drawings

·         Value Engineering to fit within budgeted parameters

·         Preparation of Bill of Materials with specification

·         Coordination with team/Architect/ Consultant for smooth roll out of tender.

·         Input on selection of interior contractor

·         Regular visit of contractors premises during manufacture and feedback to management and Company team.

·         Bill certification and payment follow up for the interior contractors

·         Ensuring quality execution and end to end solution of all interior/furniture

·         Controlling all contractors / vendors at site. Study of all interior drawings and co-ordination with building services works.

·         Conducting regular review meetings, circulating agenda and minutes of meeting.

·         Communicating with all project participants.

·         Making work schedule and tracking it regularly.

·         Preparing and submitting reports on regular basis.

·         Proven track record of excellence and a thorough working knowledge of  systems and process management, Enterprise software and project mangement

·         Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment

·         Computer Knowledge, MS Projects Leadership

·         Planning & Organization

Required Qualifications

·         At least  3 years experience in a similar position will be advantageous

·         Degree in Building Economics or IT related qualification

·         Diploma in Sales/ Administration/Project Management or a Business Related Field
