Directly Reporting to: CEO
Main Purpose of the job
The main role of HOD is to direct, promote, and coordinate the operations of the Department in a manner that will optimize growth, improve efficiency, and help the company achieve its business goals.
It also involves monitoring of the department’s performance, ouput, profitability and human capital requirements, and other duties as assigned by the Directors
Main Responsibilities
·         In charge of business development, sales and operational activities within the department.
·         Ensure and manage the day to day administrative needs of the department to ensure smooth running
·         Ensure control, direction, communication and motivation towards achieving the goals of the company.
·         Regular and accurate reporting on performance of the department to CEO
·         Provide direction and mentor less experienced employees to assure their knowledge and skills provide them the experience they need to work independently and efficiently
