Reports to: Head of Department
Main Purpose of the job
The Technical supervisor will be in charge of Planning, quoting, supervision, co-ordination and quality control of all repair and rental processes, including assisting the HOD in the management of human and material resources in the department

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Conversant/up to date with techniques, materials, technology, procedures and practices in the building/construction industry Strong detail orientation and excellent communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
· Ability and willingness to maintain and provide a high level of customer service.
· Effective problem-solving and mediation skills.
· Excellent analytical, planning, technical, management and reporting skills
Required Qualifications
· At least 3 years experience in an industry Supervisory position
· Degree/Diploma in building/construction or related field
