Paralegal Officer Job Vacancy

Reporting to the company secretary, the job holder will be responsible for:

Generic Job Description:
  • Preparation of evidence.
  • Occasionally attend court to give evidence.
  • Checking legal forms for accuracy
  • Interview witnesses and document evidence
  • Preparing reports
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Drafting all sorts of legal documents
  • Preparing declarations
  • Preparing form complaints
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Diploma in Law.

  • 3 years experience.
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule
  • Basic computer skills
  • The ability to perform legal research
  • In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles
  • The ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy
NB: Applicants who have previous experience in Transport industry will have an added advantage..
