Lenana Restaurant Manager Job in Kenya

Position Summary:

The Officer shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Lenana Restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service by managing the inventory, training and supervising the staff, and maintaining a positive, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role for more than one year
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of inventory management and experience creating schedules
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning is a plus
  • Acute financial management skills
