Job Specifications
The duties and
responsibilities for this grade will entail assisting in:
Maintaining stock records;
Monitoring the movement of different
supplies in accordance with established stores management systems and
procedures;
Shelving, Arranging stacking and
labelling of stocks;
Ensuring cleanliness in the stores;
Keeping shelves tidy and ensuring that
stocks are kept in their right places;
Issuing and receiving stores;
Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Diploma in supplies
Management/Logistics and Procurement Management orequivalent qualification from
a recognized Institution
Minimum KCSE C- (minus) or its
equivalent;
Proficient in computer applications;
and
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter
Six of the Constitution.

Compliance Certificate)

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
(EACC Clearance)
Directorate of Criminal Investigations
(Certificate of Good conduct)
Certificate from an approved Credit
Reference Bureau (CRB)
