Resource Mobilization Officer

KEPROBA GRADE 6 – V/NO. 14/2023

Job specifications: 
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail

Conducting research on potential donors/partners;

Preparation of project proposals for funding agencies;

Drafting correspondence to partners;

Updating donor databases to record their contacts and preference information;

Maintaining a network of donor contacts;

Sensitizing and training team members on fund raising and communications skills and strategy; and

Organizing events for partnership building between implementers and potential partners.

Person Specification 


Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Development, Development Studies, Economics, International Relations,

Public Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Commerce or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution and;

Proficiency in computer applications;

Fulfilling the requirements of the Chapter Six of the Constitution

Kenya Revenue Authority (Tax Compliance Certificate)

Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC Clearance)

Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Certificate of Good conduct)

Certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
