Gross
Salary: Khs 30k
We are a paint manufacturing company since 2015.
We
have a wide range of products both water and solvent based.
We
are seeking to recruit sales and marketing representatives in the following
counties:
Roles
& Responsibilities
· Should
constantly visit existing customers and ensure all their needs are catered to.
Evaluate their needs, promote products and services
· Researching
prospects and generating new leads.
· Setting sales goals and developing sales and marketing strategies/campaigns.
· Contacting
potential and existing customers on the phone, through email, and in person.
· Handling
customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
· Preparing
and sending quotations and proposals, helping determine pricing schedules for
quotes, promotions, and negotiations
· Ensuring
timely collection of paint orders from customers
· Managing
the sales process through an ERP
· Meeting
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Participating
in sales team meetings.
· Visiting
hardware shops to get paint orders
· Meeting
or exceeding sales goals.
· Negotiating
all contracts with prospective clients.
· Preparing
and forwarding weekly and monthly reports.
· Giving
sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
· Coordinating
sales efforts with marketing programs.
· Understanding
and promoting company programs.
· Obtaining
deposits and balance of payment from clients.
· Preparing
and submitting sales contracts for orders.
· Maintaining
and submitting client records.
· Answering
client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Minimum
Qualifications
The
successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and
competencies:
· Diploma/Degree
in Sales & Marketing or business related
· Should
hold at least 5 years of experience in Sales & marketing
· MUST
HAVE prior and extensive experience in selling paint products.
· Consistent
track record in achieving sales targets
· Having
existing leads shall be a bonus
· Excellent
customer service and sales skills.
· Good
Interpersonal skills.
