HR Account Manager

People Foco Agency is a Private owned organization whose concentration is assisting SME’s in managing their human resource needs. Currently, we are seeking to hire a HR Account Manager to join our dedicated team.
·         Generate new business for the company
·         Develop job descriptions for various open positions

·         Shortlist and conduct interviews
·         Regularly update staff leaves
·         Assist is processing monthly payroll and filing of statutory returns
·         Receive and respond to office calls
·         Documentation of staff details
·         Induction and orientation of new hires
·         Drafting engagement letters
·         Handle staff disciplinary issues
·         Degree/Diploma in Administration/Human Resource Management
·         At least 2 years of experience with a HR Consulting firm
·         Sound Knowledge of Kenya Labor laws
·         Must be registered with IHRM
·         Can work under minimum supervision
·         Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·         Must have good customer service skills
·         Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and email.

Stock Controller
Our client, a motel located on Thika- Garissa road is seeking to recruit the Stock Controller to support its operations.
·         Record food and beverage costs
·         Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
·         Responsibility for purchasing and the “in-stock” levels within the agreed inventory parameters.
·         Purchase inventory within the agreed budgets
·         Maintain harmonious working relationship with Suppliers/Vendors within the buying parameters set by the business.
·         Observe the correct buying protocols.
·         Observe correct stock receiving protocols.
·         Complete all necessary stock takes.
·         Maintain the storeroom
·         Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with hotel’s service standards.
·         Comply with all aspects of the Standard Operating Procedures manual.
·         Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Purchasing and Supplies
·         Minimum of 2 solid years as a hotel stock controller a must
·         Qualifications in F& B or Stores
·         Strong analytical skills
·         Proficient in computer applications and inventory software

Our client, a motel located on Thika- Garissa road is seeking to recruit the Cashiers to support its operations.
·         Greet the customers entering the hotel
·         Handle all the cash transactions
·         Receive payment by cash, cheques and credit card
·         Check daily cash accounts
·         Guide and solve queries of customer
·         Provide training and assistance to new joined cashier
·         Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
·         Degree or Diploma in Business Administration

Our client, a motel located on Thika- Garissa road is seeking to recruit Bartenders to support its operations.
General responsibilities: As a Bartender, you will be required prepare and serve drinks to customers, mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in regard to customer requirements.
·         Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks.
·         Plan and present bar menu.
·         Serve snacks and drinks to the customer.
·         Check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
·         Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes.
·         Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.

Hotel Supervisor
Our client, a motel located on Thika- Garissa road is seeking to recruit the Cashiers to support its operations.
·         Schedule all activities for hotel staff according to guidelines
·          Ensure proper uniform of staff at all times
·         Maintain all hotel equipment and records and ensure compliance to all standards.
·         Assist in recruitment process and training of staff
·         Supervise all kitchen and dining room activities and ensure optimal quality of all production processes.
·         Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
·         Collaborate with Manager to review all employees’ performance
·         Manage all storage supplies and assign staff in all requisition activities and evaluate all daily specials.
·         Oversee all work in shift and restock all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipment and recommend required repairs.
·         Degree/Diploma in Business Management course
·         At least 3 years of experience in hospitality industry
·         Good leadership skills

Our client, a motel located on Thika- Garissa road is seeking to recruit the Chefs to support its operations.
·         Prepares staff rosters as required by the hotel
·         Ensure menu product is tailored to primary target guest
·         Prevent damage of hotel equipment
·         Ensure that the kitchen, store room, fridges, utensils and other equipment are clean
·         Minimizes costs by following standard recipes, avoiding wastage, portion control etc
·         Assist other chefs to develop new menu and promotion ideas
·         Ensure all dishes are uniform and of the right size
·         Attend daily operational briefing
·         Follow and enforce healthy and safety procedures
·         Handle customer complains courteously and inform management about the complains or new observations made
·         Check temperature settings of cold rooms
·         Observe and test food when cooked and ensure the right recipe is followed
·         Ensure all refilling is well presented on the buffet and maintains quality
·         Comply with time keeping and attendance policies
·         Maintain high standards of hygiene and grooming
·         Keep working area clean, safe and presentable at all times
·         Degree/Diploma in Hospitality course
·         At least 3 years of experience serving in the same capacity
·         Good communication and customer service skills

Our client, a motel located on Thika- Garissa road is seeking to recruit Waiters to support its operations.
Key Job requirements
·         Able to take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
·         Hands-on experience in setting tables and placing decorations
