The successful candidate will be responsible
for coordinating various logistics activities in line with the company’s
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
·
Analyzing prequalification of
suppliers for various goods and services during the procurement assessment;
·
Assist in reporting of the financial
projection monthly, quarterly and yearly to be presented in the management
meetings by the Manager;
·
Planning and organizing logistics in
terms of transport requirements, mileage, receipt, handling, storage and distribution
of items and establishes proper recording systems;
·
Maintaining the records of the
purchase orders, log books and goods purchased under the same and hand over the
goods to the concerned staff in proper way;
·
Monitoring the status of incoming
supplies, status monitoring and correspondence with the suppliers, summarizing
all the expenditure and submitting it to the supervisor;
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess the
following qualifications and competencies: –

A bachelor’s degree in supply chain,
procurement, logistics or related qualifications.
·
Professional certification in Supply
Chain Management/ Diploma in Purchasing and supplies/Logistics Management
·
A member of KISM/CIPS/CSPS
·
Minimum of five (5) year experience
in supply chain management or Logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Planning and coordination of
duties of site installation and Maintenance team;
·
Supervising in process work for
quality and timely delivery;
·
Implementing of safety policy at the
site;
·
Inspection of raw materials for
quality and correct specification;
·
Developing of Purchase request for
various projects and interpretation of manufacturing drawings;
·
Generating process feed-back reports
for accounting purpose;
·
Coordinating installation and maintenance
functions with customers and other departments;
·
Installation, testing and
commissioning of installed machinery, equipment and/or systems.
·
Ensuring raw materials and equipments
at site are secure and are stored properly.
·
Ensuring compliance to health and
safety requirements
·
Executing the installation and
Maintenance plans
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess the
following qualifications and competencies: –

Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or
related field;
·
A minimum of Five (5) Years of
relevant experience;.
·
Ability to understand and document
workflows and business processes.
·
Ability to identify solutions that
effectively address business challenges and control needs.

The successful candidate will be
responsible for marketing and selling TEMEC’s products and services through
relationship building and interaction with clients.
Key Responsibilities
·
Expanding market awareness of our
products by communicating features and benefits of our products and services
effectively;
·
Closing and growing sales through
professional communication with existing and potential clients;
·
Visiting clients, establishing their
requirements and offering products/services that will address their needs;
·
Identifying and resolving client
concerns; recommending a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the
future;
·
Maintaining records of customer
communications and contact information as required;
·
Preparing responses to RFQ (request
for quotation) , RFP (request for proposals) and RFI (request for information)
·
Maintaining awareness of pertinent
client information, future plans, payment performance; communicate any client
information that may affect company decisions to appropriate departments as
needed;
·
Maintaining knowledge of competitor
products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or
marketing strategies;
·
Submitting a variety of sales status
reports as required, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to
goals;
·
Submitting quarterly customer visit
plans; schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up.
Qualifications
