Customer Care Officer
Job purpose
Responsible for building and
maintaining customer relations for customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
·
Handle customer complaints, provide
appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to
ensure resolution
·
Receive and respond to customer
inquiries
·
Prepare special documents needed by
clients for export clearance (NGOs, MOH) e.g. convert SYSPRO generated packing
slip, delivery notes and invoices into special MS Excel format for customer
satisfaction;
·
Receive and screen new clients to
facilitate opening of new accounts while maintaining an up-to-date clients’
database
·
Coordinate timely and accurate
booking and keying in of clients’ orders for customer satisfaction
·
Supervise, coach and train Customer
Care Assistants;
·
Prepare accurate reports for decision
making;
Requirements
·
Diploma in Pharmacy and Business
Related Degree
·
At least 3 years proven customer
support experience in a busy/demanding environment;
·
Experience in working with CRM
systems and ERPs;
·
Demonstrated ability to lead and
manage staff;
·
Ability to multi-task, prioritize,
and manage time effectively;
·
The successful candidate must also
possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
