Shop Attendant Job/Merchandiser
Ensure that products appear in the
store, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves
accurately forecast needs, plan stock levels and monitor performance.
Responsibilities
·
Stock availability and order
generation. Ensuring all stocks are on the shelves
·
Displays: Ensuring stock visibility
and prominence.
·
Reporting of issues: ensuring same
day feedback for damaged goods received,
·
Communication: on time communication
of issues with correct information.
·
Cleanliness: ensuring products in the
branches are clean, price tags correctly and constantly displayed.
·
Attire: represent the company by
wearing respectable clothing, hairstyle, and shoes to represent the company
well. Strictly stick to uniform stipulated.
·
Other: Ensuring any tasks allocated
by supervisor or head office are done on time.
·
Always display excellent customer
service.
Qualifications
·
Minimum certificate in sales
management, retailing or any other related field of study.
·
1-2 years of experience in the
merchandising.
·
Medical certificate of Good Health.
Skills and Specification
·
Must possess outstanding
communication skills
·
Must be motivated, energetic,
professional, courteous and organized
·
Must always be clean and presentable.
