Our client, a real estate development and management company is looking to hire a competent assistant facilities manager to assist them in the maintenance and proper functioning of the company’s operations.
You will be required to perform the following key functions.
  • Assist with planning and overseeing building work / renovation
  • Assist with lease management
  • managing space within buildings with the supervision of the team leader
  • managing building maintenance activities
  • coordinating cleaning, catering and parking services
  • organising security and general administrative services
  • ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • frequently reviewing utilities consumption with a view to minimize costs
  • proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
  • well versed in technical or engineering operations and facilities management best practice
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Diploma in project management/facilities management is an added advantage
