The job holder in liaison with the Business Head will be responsible for the development and performance of sales activities in the assigned vertical market, direct the sales team and provide visionary leadership towards the achievement of growth and profitability of the product and/or services within the assigned market.
- Degree
in Sales & Marketing / Business Management / IT or any other relevant
course
- 5-7
years of relevant experience
- Experience
in client and/or supplier relationship management
- Proven
leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- Strong
understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Relevant
experience in the Networking field
- Proven
experience selling solutions around Cisco, Check Point, and F5 based
technologies
Business Development Manager – Enterprise
Solutions
The role holder will be responsible for growth and development of Enterprise Solutions (IBM, CISCO, HP, and Oracle) based on the business and the targets in the Copy Cat Ltd-Kenya.
He/she will develop opportunities for
enterprise products across the Copy Cat Group business units and will be the
main contact person with the principles in Kenya.
Minimum Requirements for the Above Position:
- Graduate in Engineering or an IT related
field. A Masters Degree will be an added advantage
- A Minimum 10 years in IT Sales & Service
experience
- Proven knowledge of Strategic Account
Management
- Experience in Enterprise computer/network
sales
- Must have demonstrated both Individual
Contributor and Team Leadership skills
- Must have experience in driving sales along
with channel partnerships of leading IT OEMs like IBM, CISCO, HP, Oracle
etc.
- Must have experience in driving IT services
business and/or delivery surrounding infrastructure
- Must have demonstrated fundamental
professional skills like Passion, Integrity, Commitment, Dedication,
communication and PR skills
- Must have experience in driving end-to-end
business from hunting to collection
