Description:
 Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries; Conduct surveys on behalf of client.

Qualifications: 
  • A Diploma graduate
  • Computer skills such as an understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM
  • MUST have Bilingual skills with fluency in Lingala, French, and Swahili – from the DRC region
  • Ability to give full attention to what other customers are saying
  • Ability to identify complex problems and offer solutions
  • Dependability and Reliability
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Previous call centre experience a plus, but not required
