- A Diploma graduate
- Computer skills such as an understanding of
Microsoft Office and CRM
- MUST have Bilingual skills with fluency in
Lingala, French, and Swahili – from the DRC region
- Ability to give full attention to what other
customers are saying
- Ability to identify complex problems and offer
solutions
- Dependability and Reliability
- Willing to work in shifts
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Previous call centre experience a plus, but not required
