Site Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities:
- Establishing proposed site locations.
- Meeting set site acquisition targets by
ensuring that our company continuously acquire prime sites.
- Establish land owners for the proposed sites
in a timely manner and negotiate with them on the standard terms of the
lease and report back to the management.
- Preparing option identification forms (RFI)
for review and approval by the director.
- Conducting legal due diligence for the
proposed sites including securing survey maps and official search.
- Preparing lease completion documents,
including ATL & RPF for execution by the land owners.
- Facilitate execution of lease documents by the
land owners.
- Preparation of
planning reports for
submission to respective
county governments for license approval.
- Meeting financial objectives by forecasting
requirements, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
- Updating job knowledge
by participating in training opportunities,
reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
- Maintaining and enhancing the department and
organization’s reputation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Site Acquisition
Experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Arts Studies
- Must be computer literate
- Strong negotiation and deal closing skills.
- Great work ethic and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate a desire to make decisions, take
ownership and make judgement calls.
- Self motivated, good team player and excellent
telephone skills.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and
professionalism.
- Display good presentation skills i.e. know how
to make presentations using powerpoint etc.
- Know how to discipline the staff working under
him or her.
- Needs to be very or rather extremely
aggressive and strong minded and shouldn’t get distracted easily and be
able to face people very confidently coming out of the situation as a
winner.
- Preferably some knowledge in engineering will
help.
Outdoor Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Will be in charge of all sites, this
includes:- maintenance, updating the sales database and supervising all
sites jobs and workshop.
- Giving daily reports on jobs done, pending
jobs and recommendations for future job handling.
- Leading the ground staff to ensure all sites
are in perfect condition and maintenance is carried out periodically.
- Ensuring adverts are put up on time and in the
correct sequence.
- Ensuring de-flighting is done on time and
maintaining a list of ongoing jobs and their respective end dates.
- Help in sourcing materials and planning workshop
jobs to ensure that the maximum outut is achieve in a timely manner.
- Recommend sites that can be acquired by the
company and work hand in hand with the sites acquisition manager.
- Managing logistics of the company cars and
riders to deliver jobs on time.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years as an Operations manager in a
busy environment.
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Arts Studies
- Must be computer literate
- Strong negotiation and deal closing skills.
- Great leadership skills, must be able to
motivate staff and lead the team to give top notch performance.
- Excellent communication skills.

Sales Executives – Outdoor Advertising
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Developing new business and maintaining
existing accounts.
- Persuading clients to buy outdoor and indoor
rental space
- Qualify and follow up on sales leads.
- Effective time management to enable maximum
efficiency and output through the day/ week/ month
- Manage key sales ratios & conversions to
ensure target achievement
- Finding out who controls the advertising
budget in target organization’s and contacting them.
- Offering a price and negotiating around it.
- Closing the deal and recording the details in
our ERP System.
- Proactively prospect and conduct sales
presentations to self-generated leads
- Hit target revenue quota, maintain a positive
attitude, and be able to work both independently and as a team

Sales and Marketing Manager - Outdoor and
Indoor Advertising
Responsibilities
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for
achieving the sales targets by getting involved in deciding the future
course of action for the sales team members. Extracting the best out of
each sales person.
- Meeting the sales targets of the organization
through effective planning and budgeting. Ensuring that the outdoor sales
team meet their targets.
- Mapping potential customers and generate leads
for the organization by looking forward to generating new opportunities
for the organization.
- Motivating team members. Ensuring that the
sales team work as a single unit working towards a common objective.
- Liaising with the Managing Director to develop
lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage
them to deliver their level best. Appreciate whenever they do good work.
- Ensure that the sales team is delivering
desired results.
- Responsible for not only selling but also
maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
- Formulate Sales policies, practices and
procedures.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager/ Managing
Director to establish sales budgets and targets for the sales team while
at the same time ensuring that the targets are realistic and achievable.
- Holding weekly sales meetings and ensuring all
sales reports are done in time.
- Managing sales contracts and updating start
and end dates of rental contracts
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related

experience in managing corporate clients.
