Our client is a well established accounting and audit firm offering financial advice and consultancy services. 

They seek to hire a Personal Assistant.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Organising and maintaining the Director’s diary and appointments
  • Preparing board papers and presentations and providing general assistance
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Managing all correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organising meetings and ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned
Skills and Qualifications Desired
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Diploma in business Administration or other relevant field
  • Age: 26 - 30 years  smart, presentable , confident and well spoken
  • Team player
  • Self driven
  • An organized approach and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and good typing skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
