Job Title: Personal Assistant

Salary: 50 - 70k
Our client is a well established
accounting and audit firm offering financial advice and consultancy
services.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining the Director’s
diary and appointments
- Preparing board papers and presentations and
providing general assistance
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests,
and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of
seniority
- Managing all correspondence on behalf of the
Director
- Carrying out background research and
presenting findings
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports
and presentations
- Organising meetings and ensuring the Director
is well prepared for meetings
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other
staff.
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Skills and Qualifications Desired
- At least 3 years experience in a similar
position
- Diploma in business Administration or other
relevant field
- Age: 26 - 30 years smart, presentable ,
confident and well spoken
- Team player
- Self driven
- An organized approach and excellent time
management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Computer literacy and good typing skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
