  • Self driven, hardworking and Honest. Minimum education qualification, must have at least a Diploma in secretariat.
  • Must be ready to start immediately
  • Must have knowledge in writing proposals and filing returns
  • Must have worked in similar position before
  • Sales and marketing knowledge will be advantage

  • Invoicing and debt collection
  • Filing monthly tax returns
  • Preparing and sending quotations
  • Ensuring Bills and suppliers are paid on time
  • Carrying out basic Accounting and filing of company records
  • Carry out banking errands
  • Manage office errands
  • Management of courier services
  • Supplier engagement
  • Sales Marketing
