Expected:
- Self driven, hardworking and Honest. Minimum
education qualification, must have at least a Diploma in secretariat.
- Must be ready to start immediately
- Must have knowledge in writing proposals and
filing returns
- Must have worked in similar position before
- Sales and marketing knowledge will be
advantage
Details
- Invoicing and debt collection
- Filing monthly tax returns
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Ensuring Bills and suppliers are paid on time
- Carrying out basic Accounting and filing of
company records
- Carry out banking errands
- Manage office errands
- Management of courier services
- Supplier engagement
- Sales Marketing
